The special snow weekend! The focus is on cross-country skiing, but it is also about the whole body and mind, which we will address in yoga
On Saturday we will look at the basic technique of skating, do many exercises and also video analysis. Everyone should be able to continue at his level and learn a lot. Before lunch we will be on the track for 2h, then in the afternoon for another 1.5h, because the forces will surely decrease. If there are enough people interested, we will be happy to offer a group for the classic style (we could also offer a taster course for the classic style).
After a shower at the hotel, we will go to yoga. We want to feel the body, stretch, strengthen and find the balance to the mind. You do not have to be experienced yogis. There will be opportunities for everyone to participate at their level.
In the evening we will enjoy a fine dinner in the group. Let us surprise you.
Sunday will start on the yoga mat, where we will gently tune our body and mind for the day. After a delicious breakfast we will go on the cross-country skiing tracks again. On this day we want to put some kilometers behind us. In the afternoon we will have a “downhill session” on the Klostermatte. But don’t worry: it’s not steep everywhere. It’s much more about gaining confidence for downhills and confident riders are welcome to challenge themselves a bit and maybe take a ride on the bottom lift.
